Prof. Dr. René Thyrian re-elected as board member of the German Alzheimer Society

On November 16, the delegates' meeting of the German Alzheimer Society took place in Kassel. As per the rotation schedule, the board was re-elected this year: Swen Staack (previously treasurer) from Norderstedt was elected as the new first chairman, and Prof. Dr. René Thyrian, head of the Thyrian working group, was elected as the new treasurer. The second chairwoman is Lilja Helms (Stuhr), and the assessors are Prof. Dr. Janine Diehl-Schmid (Wasserburg am Inn), Dr. Rosa Adelinde Fehrenbach (Saarbrücken), Ute Hauser (Stuttgart) and Annika Kron (Kirchen).
