Study of the Influence of Apolipoprotein-E Polymorphisms on the Structure and Function of Hippocampus Formation, using EEG and Ultra-High-Field 7T MRI

This study looked at how the apolipoprotein-E gene affects the structure (MRI) and activity (fMRI) as well as on the oscillatory EEG activity of specific hippocampal subregions. To this end, a pattern separation / pattern completion paradigm was applied using a 7T-MRI scanner.
