Participating institutions

So far, a total of 66 institutions of nursing homes took part in DemenzMonitor. 47 institutions participated in 2012 with 99 residential areas and 1689 inhabitants. Data of 800 residents in 69 residential areas was repeatedly collected in 2013. In 2013 19 facilities with 28 residential areas and 737 residents took part for the first time. A total of 51 institutions with 104 residential areas and 1808 residents took part in the survey 2013.

For the data collection in 2014 only nursing homes were included that took part repeatedly. In fact, 14 nursing homes and 50 living units took part. From these nursing homes 784 residents were included, 337 of them took part a third time.
